This includes proper packaging, correct dimensions and weight, accurate origin and destination details, and appropriate documentation for customs clearance if applicable. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, or refusal of service.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the service agreement and applicable transportation laws. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profit or business opportunities. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance for valuable shipments.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country and state where MSY Logistics is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
